Douglas County - 40 hours/week Chisago County - 60 hours per week I think is what Chisago county is at.
Hubbard County - 40 hours of medical staff per week. Stearns County - Mon-Friday medical staffing from 0600-1800 hours with 2-3 nurses working. Sat & Sun medical staffing 0600-1400 normally with one nurse working. I guess that is about 76 hours a week with varied degree of number of nurses working. Cottonwood County - Our nurse is here on Mondays and Thursdays, weekly for a total of 16 hours.
Brown County - We have a Public Health Nurse come into the Jail 3 times a week. They are in the Jail anywhere from 3-12 hours. We can call them during business hours to answer question, give recommendation, or track down medications. We also have a on call Doctor to answer questions that we can call after hours. Houston County - We have a total of 16hrs per week. Carlton County - Carlton County has two full time nurses that work M-F 7-3:30 Scott County has the following medical coverage - Nursing: We are authorized to have three full-time nurses, currently we only have two. During the week they generally cover from 0600-1530, then every other Sunday for 12 hours. We will then have one of them cover as an on-call nurse when they are not in the building. Medical Assistants: We are authorized four medical assistants to help with medication pass and other medical related tasks. This is a new position and is not yet totally up and running. Doctor: We have in-house clinic with a doctor on site twice a week. Wright County = Medical from 7am-10 pm 7 days a week every day of the year. 2-3 RNs 7am-530pm daily LPN/CMA from 7am-10pm daily.Providers- MH 1-2 days a week, providers same- both we have virtual with same providers during week if we need. Plus we have Medical providers on call 24/7 every day of the year. Meeker County has a nurse 24 hours a week.
Hubbard County has M-F 40 hours per week. McLeod County the nurse is here on Tuesdays and Fridays for 6 hours each day.

Becker was with Mend and had 80 hours of nursing per week Monday - Friday Now with ACH we are down to 40 hours Monday - Friday. Only been doing this for about a week. Haven't really had much opportunity to see how this will effect things yet.

We are with ACH. I believe our plan is for 80 hours/wk for medical and 40 hours/wk mental health. That being said we are currently receiving about 40 hours a week of Mental Health and Medical. Our mental health provider is about to leave and we have been down a nurse for several months. It appears that it has been hard to find people willing to take on the job that correctional healthcare is.
