What is everyone's policy on Huber and medical marijuana? We currently have no specific policy. We keep them in from work for 7 days, like any other positive UA. We ask for a copy of their prescription and they are required to stop using while on the work release program. We've had a couple cases of this recently, just curious what everyone else is doing.

Policy stays the same. All must pass a UA and remain chemical free regardless if medication is prescribed or not.

Sherburne County, while they are under the care of our provider on Huber they are not authorized to take prescribed medical marijuana. It is a liability issue.

If anyone is going to go out on a release program they need to have a negative UA before going out. We have not allowed someone to go out while on prescribed marijuana.
