Hearing and Visually Impaired

What are you utilizing to accommodate for hearing and visually impaired incarcerated persons. We are looking to make some improvements here at the jail to ensure we are providing adequate accommodations and would like to hear what's going on in the surrounding areas. Also, any speech assistance technology, programming, visual aids.
